By purchasing any piece of art from www.aryannafoxart.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

 

 

 

1) Handmade Nature & Resin Variations

 

 

Each artwork is handcrafted with care and intention. Due to the unique nature of resin, slight imperfections and natural variations are to be expected — including micro dust particles, tiny bubbles, or subtle texture shifts. These small details are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

 

Lighting can also affect how your piece appears in person. Colors and reflections may shift slightly depending on your environment, but I photograph every artwork as accurately and true to tone as possible using natural light and minimal editing. The piece you receive will be the same one shown in the photographs, viewed through the natural character of resin and light.

 

 

 

2) Care & Handling

 

 

Every artwork comes with care and hanging instructions. By purchasing, you agree to follow the installation guidance provided for your specific piece. Failure to follow these instructions — including using improper adhesives, mounting systems, or hanging methods — may result in the artwork falling, cracking, or becoming damaged. Aryanna Fox Art is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper installation or handling after delivery.

 

 

 

3) Orders & Payment

 

 

All orders are processed through secure payment systems provided by Wix and its payment partners. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or altered unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

 

 

4) Shipping & Delivery

 

 

Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Once an order has been shipped, Aryanna Fox Art is not liable for delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit. Any shipping issues or claims for damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

 

 

 

5) Returns & Exchanges

 

 

Because each piece is one of a kind and handcrafted, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless you can provide clear photo or video evidence that the piece was damaged upon opening the package and that the damage was not caused by mishandling during shipping or by the postal carrier.

 

If verified, a resolution may be provided at the discretion of Aryanna Fox Art.
